Most hardscape fails from underneath. Pavers sink, walls lean, steps go out of level. We spend the time on excavation depth, compaction and drainage, because that determines whether the surface still looks like this in ten winters.

Your quote lists materials, labour and disposal separately, so you can see what you are paying for. If the scope changes during the job, you receive the revised number before we proceed.
All in, start to finish
Excavation, base, drainage, install, haul away and final sweep are all ours. You do not need to book a second contractor to finish the job.
Straight answers
If a wall needs an engineer or the job needs a permit, we say so on the first visit. If your patio needs a repair rather than a rebuild, we will tell you that as well.
